I have unusually high ping to a server, what do I do?
If your ping is high to a server that you own, than there are ways to fix this. There are a couple steps you can try to see if it's you or the actual network.
Most of the time it is the network that you're on.

1. Wait more than a couple hours to see if its resolved, as it may be an issue with your ISP or our network.
2. Check to see if your ISP is having any issues with their network (Most have a news page on their support site like Roadrunner)
3. Make sure everyone is the server is experiencing before adding a ticket in our helpdesk
4. If you need to add a ticket after all of the prior suggestions please include a traceroute (tracert) in your ticket.

For Windows:
Go to Start (or the orb for vista), run, type cmd in the run prompt, then type tracert server-ip-no-port (i.e. 69.65.40.71, ex. tracert 69.65.40.71) then hit enter.
After its done, to copy that information, right and select "mark" and right click to close the highlight.
Paste it in the window for the ticket and grab your own ip (www.whatismyip.com) and include that in the ticket as well.
